Job Description
The position calls for a creative thinker who has thorough understanding of website designing. The ideal candidate requires strong conceptual talent, as well as a creative and innovative mind and a great sense of design, form and aesthetics.
Job responsibilities:
Responsible for designing all marketing collateral and Web site assets.
Graphic Designer will work with the Marketing Department to create all communications collateral, including (not limited to) webpages, microsites, brochures, flyers, advertisements, case studies, data sheets, tradeshow banners, signage, from concept through completion.
Creating front-end web design, including designing interfaces, microsites, logo, banners, flash based creatives, style guides and email newsletters.
Providing creative input and support throughout the various stages of the design process as a key player in design team.
Working with strict deadlines and delivering the projects to the respective team.
Keep an eye on the competition market and benchmark accordingly.
Should have thorough working knowledge on any CMS like Wordpress, Joomla or Magento etc. (Not Mandatory)
Skills required :
Proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Dreamweaver, Illustrator.
Expertise in cross browser development (IE, Firefox, Safari, Opera, ) and Web usability and interface design knowledge of AJAX libraries.
HTML5, XHTML, jQuery and CSS3 - a big plus.
A strong online portfolio with demonstrated examples of designing great user-centered experiences and applications in web-based applications.
Understand the best practices involved in SEO.
Experience in designing INTERNATIONAL WEBSITES is a plus.
